Power Updates (Augusta) - More than 130-thousand Mainers spent a 3rd night without electricity following Monday's powerful wind storm.  That's down from a quarter million statewide yesterday.  Central Maine Power company spokeswoman Gail Rice says luckily the cold weather has not hit Maine.
