Steuben Fatal (Steuben) – A deadly crash in Steuben left one young man dead and two in the hospital. The Washington County Sheriff’s Department reports to Star 97.7 that 20-year old Joshua Dube of Milbridge died at the scene on Dyer’s Bay Road Friday night.
