SW Harbor Parking (Southwest Harbor) – Starting today a parking lot in Southwest Harbor will close for public use, eliminating 30-parking spaces.  The parking lot is privately owned and serves the post office and other businesses.  The lot owner says the town had leased the lot for public use, but that lease expires.  The Mt.
