Harrington Drug Plea (Bangor) – A 31-year old Harrington man faces up to 20-years in prison and a million dollar fine for selling heroin and crack. The US Attorney’s office reports to Star 97.7 that Owen Fickett entered a guilty plea to drug dealing.
