Reed Retiring (Tremont) - The town manager in Tremont is retiring after spending about 30-years running communities on Mt. Desert Island.  Dana Reed submitted his resignation this week to the Tremont Board of Selectmen.  The Mt. Power Outages (Swan's Island) - Swan's Island and Frenchboro lost power overnight as scattered thunderstorms rumbled through the area.  Emera Maine estimated more than 500-customers on the two islands off Mt.
