One demanded money from the clerk while the other waited at the door at the Milford On The Run store early Saturday morning. They searched a home and questioned 40-year old Franklin Sale and 39-year old Michael Stratton before charging them with the robbery.
Home Depot Thief Sentenced

He would use credit cards to purchase goods from the store then execute returns on the card account without actually returning the goods.

Holiday Pet Tips
(Augusta) The holiday season can be an exciting, active time for Maine families and their pets. Before bringing a new pet into your home for the holidays Animal Welfare Director Liam Hughes recommends doing basic research ahead of time because pets are a long-term emotional and financial commitment. First determine if your lifestyle allows time for a pet and the costs associated with the type of animal you’re considering. Hughes says work with a licensed humane society or breeder. Meet with the pet before adopting to ensure compatibility. Mainers can contact the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry’s Animal Welfare Program for more information on which animal rescue and breeding organizations are appropriately registered.

The man did not take the caller up on the offer and reported the scam to the Hancock County Sheriff’s Office.
