From the Waldo County Sheriff’s Office:
“On February 5th, 2017 Amanda Crain, 30 years old of Hyde Park New York, was arrested in the Town of Winterport on the charge of Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled W Drugs, Class B. Ms. Crain was arrested in the parking lot of the On the Run store in Winterport Village.
Cpl. Merl Reed, Deputy James Porter and Agents of the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency coordinated together on information that Ms. Crain was in the area attempting to sell heroin. When arrested she was found in possession of 4 grams of Heroin and $321.00 in cash.
Ms. Crain was transported to the Waldo County Correctional Center and is currently being held on $100.00 cash bail.”
