Condemned Home Update
(Stockton Springs) The woman who owns a condemned home in Stockton Springs says she still plans to live there, regardless of the state supreme court’s ruling backing the town, who says her home is uninhabitable. Court documents say that in May 2015 the board of selectmen deemed the structure unsafe, unstable, unsanitary and a fire hazard. Beal was given 90 days to bring the home up to code. Beal now has 30 days to get the home in working order.
