From Public Safety Department spokesman Steve McCausland:
“State Police have joined the investigation into the disappearance of 48 year old Russell Burnett from Franklin who was last seen in February. Burnett lived alone at his residence located at 323 Eastbrook Road. He was last seen walking on the Eastbrook Road, approximately ½ mile from his home in the morning hours of February 21. Burnett was believed to have been wearing a grey ball cap, a maroon sweatshirt, a green or grey colored Carhartt jacket, blue jeans and brown steel toed work boots. The Hancock Sheriff’s Office and the Maine Warden Service also have been involved in the case since Burnett was reported missing by a relative.
