From the Brewer Police Department:
“On June 17, 2017 Justin Grover (29 of Bangor) was operating a motor vehicle involved in a hit and run accident by investigated by Officer Freeman. Grover was located, arrested and charged with Operating after Habitual Offender Revocation, Violation of Conditional Release, and Failure to Report Accident by Quickest Means. Tylor Harriman (29 of Bangor) a passenger in the vehicle, was arrested on a warrant for Probation Revocation.
As a result of observations made by Officer Freeman and Sergeant Nelson Feero at the scene, the vehicle was impounded and a search warrant was obtained by Det. Sergeant Fred Luce. A significant amount of cash, an estimated 28 grams of heroin, and other items were seized. At the completion of the search warrant, the following additional charges were lodged against the two.
Justin Grover: Aggravated Trafficking in Heroin, Possession of Schedule W Drugs (cocaine), and Illegal Possession of Hypodermic Apparatuses.
Tylor Harriman: Aggravated Trafficking in Heroin, Possession of Schedule W Drugs (cocaine), Illegal Possession of Hypodermic Apparatuses, and Violation of Conditional Release.”
