“ELLSWORTH: Heart of Ellsworth (formerly Downtown Ellsworth Association) is pleased to announce its public forum for January, Your Community, Your Downtown on Wednesday, January 25, 6:00 p.m. in the Riverview Room in the Ellsworth Public Library.
Come and hear how Heart of Ellsworth is working to champion Main Street and the Downtown district through community initiatives and events. Heart of Ellsworth Executive Director, Cara Romano and members of the Board of Directors will present an overview of the projects and initiatives planned for 2017. They will share ways community members and businesses can engage and be part of the exciting changes planned for Ellsworth’s downtown district. Light refreshments will be served.
Heart of Ellsworth will hold monthly public forums January to May and October to December. Upcoming forums are: February, Frenchman’s Bay Conservancy March, Woodlawn Museum, April and May TBA. Forums always begin at 6:00 p.m.
Heart of Ellsworth promotes economic, artistic, cultural, educational, historic and environmental activities in the “Downtown” area to provide a vibrant community for all residents, businesses, non-profit organizations and local government.”
